My Angels - Austin & Dogs

These are my little angels. Austin with the plane he flew up until recently when he started with twin engines.. don't have a photo of him with that yet! Austin has been flying for two years and will solo in October when he turns 16.

The first furry little creature is my snuggle bug "Jazzie". She is my best little buddy. She always listens and never tells my secrets! Now if she could only follow instructions! LOL.
This little girl is Austin's Belle. He has had her since he was five. He asked for a doggie that would never grow up. Well, Belle has gotten older but never grew up, in fact she is just a tiny thing. She is the most faithful friend anyone could ever have. I am so glad that Austin has her as his little buddy. She really has a cute face, this was just a bad hair day with hair covering up her eyes! We love you Belle.

Mom's Bday Card - Bubbles

Here is a card that I made for OCL's June sketch challenge and gave to my mom for her birthday. those darn turtles make me smile everytime I look at them. fun to color and the little blue guy has such a happy face!
Happy Birthday Mom, I am so glad you were able to share your birthday with me here in Sunny CA... had a blast!

OCL Challenge - Coastal Wishes

Coastal Wishes is the set that I picked out as my prize for the OCL monthly challenge in June. I absolutely love the set!
I used my bubble cuttlebug template & Martha Stewart sanddollar punch...
Thanks for looking!
Have a wonderful Day!
Jennie

Kitty snorkeling with Bubbles.

Okay.. could not resist adding this little stamp from stampendous to my bubbles card. He is just so darn cute, so I thought Bubbles could use a furry friend. The saying was typed on the computer and just punched out. Wishing you all a Purrfect day!

Aloha Bubbles.

Here is Bubbles again! As I said before he is my favorite set. I actually added a little graduation hat on the one turtle and used this as a graduation card... forgot to take a photo of it after I added the hat. But I still love the card. It was one of the first ones I colored so the coloring is not that great, but we all get better with time.
Used crystal effects to the starfish and bubbles, it really added to the image. The hibiscus halso have crystal effects on them... so fun!

Graduation Time.

Here is a darling card I made for my boyfriend's son's girlfriend. The hat opens up and reveals a greeting. I also made one for my niece in her school colors. They were a huge hit.

Cardstock: SU Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White

Tools: Sizzix alphabet die from SU

misc: silver cord & brad

You Make Me Smile

These little monkeys are so cute from Stampendous.
They just remind me of running around the back yard playing as a kid. The background paper is by Bella Press - Love it as it is goes with everything!

Time to Relax - Sandy Sunsets

I totally love this set! It is so easy to use when you don't have time to color. I stamped with stayzon black ink onto glossy cardstock and used a dauber to add the ink. I love simple fast cards and this one was fast! It's been so hot, I'd love to be sitting on the beach watching the sunset with my sweetie. Hmmmm doesn't that sound relaxing.

Austin - My little pilot

My son Austin is 15 years old and has been flying airplanes since he was 13. He gets to solo his airplane on his 16th birthday in October. Of course he is very very excited to be able to fly an airplane by himself before he dries a car by himself. I was nervous at first... actually extremely nervous, but he is a very very level headed young man. How often is it that we can live our dreams... Go for it Austin... you are going to be the best pilot out there. First kid that I have ever know that will have his single and double engine pilots license before graduating high school. I love you sweetie and am sooooo Proud of you! You rock!

Pat the Bad Dog

Oh My Wow! I know two little doggies that these stamps remind me of. Jazzie is my Yorkie Terrier who is always in trouble. She takes everything and hides it from Nikki the mini Husky. It would be just like Jazzie to hide Nikki's bone in the yard or under the bed. Now the upside down doggie bowl is soooo Nikki. That darn dog always takes her food out of the bowl and puts it somewhere other than the kitchen to eat it, ie: on the couch, bed, living room floor etc. I laughed out loud when I saw that silly dog with the food dumped out! My son's dog Belle (also a yorkie) takes her dog food out of her bowl and brings it to the living room also. But the silly dog then hunts the food. She barks at it then pounces on it, then eats it... It's like she is showing us she hunted and caught her own dinner.. she is a riot! I love those little terrors.

Granny - SOOOOO CUTE!

I love granny. I didn't think I needed this set until I saw all the cards made by other people... and of course like any cute stamp - I had to have it. I am teaching a few classes in Cherry Valley and we will be incorporating Granny. The platinum sparkly fluff is soooo perfect for her. That cake - I can just see it sitting on Granny's hand and falling into her coffee. I might have to try that next time. Or you try it and show it to me! LOL.

Challenge Cards - Bubbles & Tribe

Here is a challenge layout that I did last month. It is so amazing how you can just change the paper and the image to make a totally different look. This one was very very simple with a slot punch on the right for the ribbon to thread through. The ribbon keeps the card closed until ready to open! Whew Hew... Here bubbles takes a boyish look - and the bubbles happen is just so necessary in our house with three teen boys between the ages of 15 & 17. Can you relate?

Bubbles is my favorite stamp set so far

Bubbles I sooooo Fun! I love that you can color him/her different colors to change the personality of the turtle... Pink makes her look like a girl and brown or green could go eaither way! Lots of fun. I also love how Bubbles goes so well with the octopus set! Too Cute!

Our Craft Lounge Cards

I am in love with Our Craft Lounge stamps and have just started teaching classes in the Inland Empire area (So Cal). I was born and raised in California until we moved to SW Washington 15 years ago. I missed the sunshine and now I am back! Whew Hew.. but these hot days have me wondering if I really needed this much sunshine! LOL

Here are some of my cards that I have made and some of them are going to be done at scrappin & stampin stores in the area. I would love anyone to join me!
