I am so excited that I can share these samples that I have made! Is this Mrs Frosty cute or what! I just love her with her little hand warmer. I wanted to make it a bit girly in

honor of "Mrs." Frosty so I played with pinks and yellows.... CUTE!.

Copic Coloring Guide Blog Hop...

Welcome to the Copic Coloring Guide Blog Hop!

We've got information about the new book, beautiful coloring, stunning card projects, and BLOG CANDY! The Copic Coloring Guide is a new book by Colleen Schaan and Marianne Walker. It's the perfect resource for beginner and intermediate coloring artists alike. The book contains information about the different styles of Copic markers, explains the coloring/numbering system, details how to pick good blending groups, teaches a number of blending techniques through illustrated tutorials, and de-mistifies the colorless blender marker. And that's just in the first 18 pages! The book also contains over 40 beautiful coloring card projects separated into beginner, intermediate and advanced skill level. Each card project includes step-by-step coloring AND assembly instructions... along with supply lists and manufacturer information to make recreating the projects simple and easy.

I am highly honored to say that this creation is mine and is proudly displayed in the book alongside many beautiful cards...by some amazingly talented artists!

This has been a whirlwind week. I am still pinching myself and driving around on my little Cloud Nine car. Can you just see me driving around on a cloud.... I am such a spaz at times! I am happy to announce that Copic totally surprised me with my new position with them as.... drum roll..... drum roll again..........one more time... as this is exciting for me....

It was totally a wonderful surprise! If I were to pick any job in the whole world, this would be it. I am looking forward to a lot of hard and rewarding work teaching Copic Certification Casses in addition to my Copic Techniques and Copic Card Classes. This will allow me to provide so much more for my personal classes, in addition to allowing me to teach in stores all over California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and who knows where!
