Here is the image I worked on during Intermediate Copic Certification class and on the plane. I colored this image as I always do by highlighting each and every little individual flower. This second image I shaded the lower half of the flower as a whole rather than each individual flower. It was much quicker and probably more realistic looking. Tiny highlights and shadows can be added in. I also added a cast shadow below the flower. Cast Shadows are tricky and I will be talking about them more and more in the upcoming months.
